To schedule an appointment, please call our main office number (305) 830-3650. Same day appointments are available in most cases. Our hours are:
Monday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday:Closed
Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Closed Saturday & Sunday
Closed for lunch daily from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
Appointments
Patients should arrive at least 20 minutes early for registration. You may download and complete our registration forms in advanced and bring them with you to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so we can open the schedule for other patients who wish to be seen.
